1. Scope
This policy applies to the PlayRugby.club informational website, its community subscription form, and optional analytics.
Linked applications and services are separate products and may apply their own privacy policies when a user accesses them.
2. Data controller

3. Processing, purposes and legal bases
We process only the data required for each purpose:

We do not sell personal data. Data will be disclosed to authorities or other third parties only where legally required.

Some providers or their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer occurs, we use the GDPR mechanism applicable to the destination and provider, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to minimise data, control access, protect forms and prevent abuse. We do not publish internal security configurations. No system can provide absolute security.

- Withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully carried out beforehand.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Additional information
Data comes from the person using the form and, for technical data, from their browser and the security, hosting or analytics providers.
We do not make decisions producing legal effects based solely on automated processing, nor do we profile people using data from these forms.
The landing page is not specifically directed at children under 14. Children below that age must not submit forms without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
We will update this policy when processing activities or applicable obligations change and will state the date of the new version.
